Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with HR and departmental managers to understand workforce planning needs and develop customized recruitment strategies.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.

Serve as a consultant to hiring managers, offering insights on market trends, candidate availability, and best hiring practices.

Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship-building.

Ensure a positive candidate experience by managing communications and logistics throughout the recruitment process.

Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS tools to maintain accurate records and report on recruitment metrics.

Support employer branding initiatives and represent the organization at career fairs, networking events, and industry forums.

Partner with HR on workforce diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) goals by implementing inclusive hiring practices.

Assist in onboarding and transitioning new hires into the organization in collaboration with the HR team.

Stay current with employment laws, compliance standards, and industry best practices..
Skill & Experience

Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.

Experience working with recruitment agencies or as an external consultant.

Background in HR analytics or using data to influence hiring decisions.
