Job Description

The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role plays a vital part in driving revenue growth by promoting the company’s products or services, understanding customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods.

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.

  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

  • Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure post-sale satisfaction.

  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates using CRM tools.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth or improvement.

  • Represent the company at trade shows, events, or client meetings as needed.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, support) to ensure a smooth sales process and excellent customer service.

Skill & Experience

  • Industry-specific experience (e.g., tech, FMCG, real estate, pharmaceuticals).

  • Understanding of B2B and/or B2C sales models.

  • Knowledge of digital sales tools and platforms.

  • Multilingual abilities are a plus for international roles.
