Job Description
The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role plays a vital part in driving revenue growth by promoting the company’s products or services, understanding customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates using CRM tools.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth or improvement.

Represent the company at trade shows, events, or client meetings as needed.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, support) to ensure a smooth sales process and excellent customer service.
Skill & Experience

Industry-specific experience (e.g., tech, FMCG, real estate, pharmaceuticals).

Understanding of B2B and/or B2C sales models.

Knowledge of digital sales tools and platforms.

Multilingual abilities are a plus for international roles.
